Introduction: These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the supply of the55 military fitness bag(s) (“Products”) by The55-MEA (“Supplier”), the official and exclusive reseller of The55 Products to the customer (“Customer”) in the Middle East and Africa region. By placing an order for Products, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Order Process: The Customer may place an order for Products by generating a purchase order and submitting to the supplier. The Supplier reserves the right to accept or reject any order for any reason.
  2. Price and Payment: The price for Products will be as specified in writing by the Supplier based on the volume of Product required. Prices will be shared on application, or as otherwise agreed between the Supplier and Customer. A payment deposit of 50% must be made for Products in advance, unless an alternative payment schedule is agreed by the Supplier.
  3. Delivery: The Supplier will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the Products within 14 days for the free sample and within an agreed delivery timeframe for volume orders. The Supplier will not be liable for any delay in delivery outside of its control.
  4. Product Description: The Supplier endeavours to ensure that Product descriptions are accurate. However, the Supplier does not guarantee that Product descriptions are error-free, complete, or current.
  5. Warranty: The Supplier warrants that the Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective Products and does not cover any damages resulting from the use of the Products. Any defective product will be replaced free of charge during the warranty period.
  6. Limitation of Liability: The Supplier’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Products, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, will not exceed the 50% of the purchase price paid for the Products.
  7. Intellectual Property: The Supplier retains all intellectual property rights in the Products and any related materials.
  8. Governing Law: These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales.
  9. Changes to Terms: The Supplier reserves the right to make changes to these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Products by the Customer following any changes to these Terms constitutes the Customer’s acceptance of the revised Terms.
  10. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any additional terms to which the Customer has agreed, constitute the entire agreement between the Supplier and Customer with respect to the supply of Products.
